FAQs

Call us at (954) 252-1212 or fill out the contact form on our website. We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your project, walk the space if needed, and provide a detailed quote. For builders and designers, we can work from plans and specifications as well.
Yes we are fully licensed, insured and bondable. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance, bond and licensing information before starting any project.
It depends on the stone. Marble and limestone need regular sealing (typically once or twice a year in South Florida), pH-neutral cleaners only, and prompt cleanup of spills. Granite is more durable and less porous. Travertine has different requirements. During installation, we provide specific care instructions for whatever stone you’ve chosen, including recommended cleaning products and sealing schedules.
Yes,a significant portion of our work comes through designer partnerships. We’re experienced at interpreting design plans, executing specific layouts, and sourcing materials that match design intent. We communicate clearly, coordinate with project timelines, and handle installation with the precision designer-driven projects require.
We use waterproof membranes on all shower walls, floors, curbs, and benches before any tile goes down. This includes proper overlap, sealed seams, integration with drain assemblies, and appropriate slope for drainage. Waterproofing failure is the number one cause of shower problems, so we don’t cut corners here. Ever.
Book-matching is when consecutive slabs from the same block are opened like pages of a book and installed side-by-side, creating a mirror image. It’s a technique used in high-end installations to create dramatic visual impact, especially on feature walls or large floor areas. It requires careful planning and skilled installation.
We can do either. Many clients prefer we source and supply materials because we have relationships with importers and suppliers that give access to premium stone and specialty tile at competitive pricing. But if you’ve already selected materials or want to purchase direct, we can install customer-supplied materials as well.
Porcelain is manufactured, extremely durable, and comes in endless designs including very realistic marble looks. It’s low-maintenance and great for high-traffic areas. Marble is natural stone, so no two pieces are identical. It’s more porous, requires sealing and maintenance, but has a depth and character that porcelain can’t fully replicate. Both have their place in luxury homes. We’ll help you choose based on your specific needs, aesthetic preferences, and how you’ll use the space.
It depends entirely on scope. A master bathroom renovation usually takes 2-3 weeks. A full kitchen might be 3-4 weeks. Whole-home flooring can take 4-6 weeks or more depending on square footage and complexity. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during the consultation phase.
Our focus is on full-scale renovations and new construction. Complete kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, whole-home flooring, custom builds. We’re set up for projects that require detailed tile and stone work, not quick repairs or small patch jobs.
We work throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. Most of our projects are in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Wellington, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Weston, Parkland, and surrounding areas. If you’re outside this range, contact us—we may still be able to help depending on project size and scope.
